From the first year of Paving the Way

Together with TEXroad, Saku, Lääne-Harju, and Humana have been taking important steps to increase textile reuse in Estonia. We started with reviewing national textile data and information resources, setting targets for local collection and reuse, and working with collectors to improve the consistency and frequency of textile quantity reporting.

Through this work, we have identified the most important short term gaps to address, raised issues at the national level and set a foundation for increasing local textile reuse starting in our own communities. Now we are sharing our process and a few lessons learned so you can get started in yours.

These guidelines are useful in every European country. Download the document below in English or Estonian.
